インスタンスが起動しない

$ sqlplus /nolog

SQL> conn / as sysdba
ERROR:
ORA-12545: Connect failed because target host or object does not exist


SQL> startup
ORA-12545: Connect failed because target host or object does not exist

ん？インスタンスが起動しない！
と思ったら、Oracle client しかインストールされてなかったw
